Given below are our current open positions.
     Program Director
     Project Manager

Program Director:

Individuals in this position will perform the following activities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact with the client, providing technical expertise and industry knowledge on the advancements occurring in the Electronic Toll industry.
  • Ensure regular communications with the client through reports and meetings that provide updates on program delivery and program operations. In so doing, highlight issues that may impact performance and create recommendations for resolution.
  • Oversee long-term operations of the program through program management staff. Develop staff to provide oversight of the operations, collections, reconciliation and violations processing centers.
  • Manage P&L for the contract, and provide required financial status reporting within the company. In so doing, look for opportunities to improve performance within the constructs of the contract agreement.
  • This position requires an in-depth knowledge of the transportation industry, e.g., customer base in the market, contract award/bid process and operations. Must have an intimate understanding of, and ability to work within, the rules of procurement involved in securing work with state and local government agencies involved with revenue collection.
  • Participate with the client in exploring future business opportunities and assist with developing proposals for such opportunities.

Qualifications:
Individuals in this position will need to have experience that includes:

  • 10 - 15+ years of progressively responsible project management experience in the transportation systems market. Demonstrated professional skills and commitment as well as the ability to initiate, maintain, and sustain successful relationships with clients, to establish client rapport and to persuasively present and represent ACS’s business capabilities.
  • Experience with budget and/or P&L management responsibilities of similar large-scale programs.
  • Experience in large-scale program and project management, coordination of services subcontractors’ activities to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Excellent coaching, counseling and facilitation skills
  • Ability to make operational decisions in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Project Manager:

Key responsibilities:

  • Development of project proposals and project charters.
  • Managing the time and effort of the project team.
  • Ensuring proper change, scope, risk, and expectation management.
  • Reporting accurate project financial and profitability figures.
  • Holding regular status meeting with team and clients and providing regular status reporting.
  • Play a lead role in the development of business requirements documentation.
  • Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with CGI's ISO 9001 quality guidelines.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Successfully graduated from a recognized post secondary institution with at least a 2 year diploma in a computer science, business, or project management related discipline.
  • Formal PMBOK aligned Project Management training through either university or college courses, PMI certification, or corporate sponsored education (unless diploma or degree is in Project Management).
  • Experienced using Earned Value project management techniques.
  • Reporting accurate project financial and profitability figures.
  • A minimum of 10 years related IT experience.
